- All veneer orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-cut, book-matched, or special-order veneers may require additional processing time.
2. Packaging & Handling
- Veneers are securely packaged using protective sheets, rolls, wooden frames or cardboard tubes depending on the product type.
- Extra care is taken to prevent bending, moisture exposure, and surface damage during handling.
- Larger sheet veneers are shipped flat-packed; rolls are used only when applicable.
3. Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via trusted transport partners, cargo services, or courier services depending on size & weight.
- Local deliveries may be handled by company vehicles or local transporters.
- Bulk and heavy orders are shipped through Freight/Cargo Transport.
4. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days based on customer location.
- Remote areas may require additional time.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to transit delays or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are based on weight, size, distance, and packaging requirements.
- Exact charges are shared during order confirmation.
- Bulk orders may receive discounted or negotiated transport rates.
6. Order Tracking
- Customers receive tracking details or transporter contact information after dispatch.
- For freight/cargo shipments, the LR number / consignment number will be provided.
