Refund Policy
Hassle-free, transparent refund process for all veneer products.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the invoice.
- The customer must provide proof of issue (photos/videos) within the allowed time period.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Custom-cut or custom-processed veneers are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Time Period for Refund Request
- Customers must raise a refund request within 30 days of receiving the material.
- Requests submitted after the time period will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Once the refund request is approved, the customer must return the product in its original packaging.
- After the returned item is inspected and verified, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or as store credit (as agreed).
- Transportation/return shipping charges may be deducted unless the error is from our side.
