Refund Policy

Hassle-free, transparent refund process for all veneer products.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the invoice.
  • The customer must provide proof of issue (photos/videos) within the allowed time period.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-cut or custom-processed veneers are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Time Period for Refund Request

  • Customers must raise a refund request within 30 days of receiving the material.
  • Requests submitted after the time period will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the refund request is approved, the customer must return the product in its original packaging.
  • After the returned item is inspected and verified, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or as store credit (as agreed).
  • Transportation/return shipping charges may be deducted unless the error is from our side.
